Signed up to the $89 Unlimited plan in February. Every bill since has been $134 with no explanation. Called twice, was promised a correction both times, nothing changed. Provided all three bills as evidence.

In their court
Connection has dropped out completely since 1 June. Three support chats, each promising a callback within 48 hours. No callback, no technician, and I'm paying for a service I can't use while working from home.

How Dammad complaint pages work. Every complaint is lodged by a verified consumer who attests it's true, and is moderated before publication. Businesses are notified privately and given 14 days to respond before anything appears here — resolved complaints can be marked as such, and every business has an unconditional right of reply. Think something here is inaccurate? Request a review. Dammad publishes consumer accounts and business responses; we don't verify every claim and this page isn't legal advice.
